The iBall Slide 7334i has a 1 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB inbuilt memory, and Android 4.1 OS. But the tablet gets too small a battery.
Indian handset maker, iBall has launched a new 3G tablet with 7 inch screen in India. The tablet, iBall Slide 7334i, is priced at Rs 9,990 and comes with dual SIM with 3G support on both the SIMs, 1 GHz dual core processor, 1 GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt memory. The iBall Slide 7334i is based on Android 4.1 operating system.
The 7 inch display comes with 1280x600 resolution. There is a 2 megapixel camera at the back along with an LED flash and a front facing VGA camera. The tablet has a built in receiver to receive and make calls directly without need for an earphone.
The tablet comes with built in GPS chip and also a wireless FM Radio with retractable antenna. The tablet also supports WiFi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity apart from 3G.
However a worrying factor of the tablet is a measly 3000 mAh battery which seems too small for a tablet as normally this size of a battery is seen in WiFi only 7 inch tablets where they offer mere 3 hours of browsing time. Given that it gets GPS, 3G and wireless radio - all power hungry applications, battery life will cause of major worry for us till we actually get to test the device.
